The Unity Christian Academy Admissions Team has transitioned our re-enrollment policy to a continuous enrollment model. We’re providing you with this communication early in the spring semester to communicate the reasons for this change, what it means for you, and what next steps are for enrollment.

What is continuous enrollment?

Continuous enrollment means that families of students currently enrolled at UCA will automatically have their enrollment renewed for the next school year without the need to communicate to UCA their intent to do so. In other words, UCA has historically used a labor-intensive “opt-in” model that required families to tell us their students were returning each year. We are now moving to an “opt-out” model, meaning families will only need to contact us if their students are not returning.

Why the change?

There are many reasons behind this change in our re-enrollment policy.

  • It will make re-enrollment easier for parents. No forms, emails, or any other notification will be required of you to secure your student’s spot for next school year.

  • It will make re-enrollment easier for our Admissions Team. By streamlining the process, our team can spend less time reaching out to families regarding their re-enrollment intentions.

  • It will bolster the quality of our academic program. Much of the planning for each school year depends on knowing how many students will be returning. This information is crucial in the planning of class sizes and cohorts, as well as in teachers’ planning for the year.

What should I expect next?

Starting the week of February 9, 2026, you will see a $100 re-enrollment fee automatically applied to your Clarity tuition account. Paying this fee will secure your spot for next year. The final due date for this fee is Friday, May 1 but you can pay it immediately. You can also begin working on your 2026-2027 tuition assistance application through your existing Clarity account. More information on 2026-2027 tuition updates is coming soon.

What if I want to opt out?

Any families not wishing to return to UCA next school year will need to fill out the opt-out form below by March 2, 2026. Families that opt out after the deadline will still be responsible for paying the $100 re-enrollment fee.
